p898k Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" refers to the p898k website, mobile interface, apps, and all associated services accessible at p898k.vip.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by a Player on p898k, which enables access to the Platform's gaming and financial services.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the p898k Platform, whether registered or unregistered.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to actual Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) funds deposited into or credited to a Player's p898k wallet.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits, free bets, or bonus funds awarded by p898k under specific promotional terms and conditions.
• "Game Rules" refers to the specific rules governing individual games available on p898k, which may supplement these Terms for particular gaming activities.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government regulatory body overseeing licensed gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm the identity and eligibility of Players as mandated by PAGCOR regulations.

By accessing the p898k Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including all documents incorporated by reference — specifically the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you are accessing p898k on behalf of another person, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and by your use of the Platform, you are binding that person to these Terms.

p898k reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

To register and use p898k, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations applicable to casino-style gambling in the Philippines.
2. You must be physically located within a jurisdiction where online gambling as offered by p898k is lawful at the time of each gaming session.
3. You must not be listed on any PAGCOR exclusion register or any exclusion list maintained by the Operator.
4. You must not be a director, officer, employee, consultant, agent, or contractor of p898k, or an immediate family member of such a person.
5. You must be capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Philippine law.

p898k takes underage gambling extremely seriously. All new accounts are subject to mandatory KYC verification prior to withdrawal processing. Where there is a reasonable suspicion of underage access, p898k reserves the right to suspend the account, withhold funds, and report the matter to PAGCOR pending verification. Any account confirmed as belonging to a person under 21 years of age will be permanently closed and all associated balances will be forfeited.

To create a p898k account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a chosen password. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on p898k. The creation of multiple accounts, whether by the same individual or by related parties acting on behalf of one person, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

p898k is required under PAGCOR regulations to conduct KYC verification for all accounts. KYC requires submission of:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo identification (UMID, Driver's License, PhilSys National ID, Philippine Passport, or Voter's ID).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government document) where required by our compliance team.
• Selfie verification or additional documentation as may be requested during enhanced due diligence.

Withdrawal of funds is subject to completion of KYC verification. p898k reserves the right to delay or withhold payments pending satisfactory completion of KYC and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks.

Deposits. Players may fund their p898k accounts using the payment methods available on the Platform at any given time, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment channel. All deposits are credited in Philippine Peso. p898k does not accept cash deposits or deposits from third-party accounts not belonging to the registered Player.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. Withdrawal to GCash and PayMaya accounts verified in the Player's name are processed within minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, or Metrobank accounts in the Player's name are processed within one (1) to three (3) banking days. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 unless otherwise specified.

Verification Requirements. p898k reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be suspended pending completion of KYC, AML review, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

p898k may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, cashback offers, and other incentives ("Promotions") to registered Players. All Promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of any conflict between the terms of a specific Promotion and these Terms, the Promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General conditions applicable to all Promotions include:

• Bonuses are only available to Players who have completed KYC verification unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before Bonus Balance can be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance. Specific wagering multiples will be stated in each Promotion's terms.
• p898k reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any Promotion at any time and without prior notice where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or technical error.
• Bonus funds may not be used in conjunction with certain game types as specified in individual Promotion terms.
• Players suspected of abusing promotional offers — including through coordinated betting, arbitrage, or creation of multiple accounts — will have their Bonus Balance forfeited and may face account suspension.

All games offered on p898k are subject to their individual Game Rules, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any discrepancy between Game Rules and these Terms, the specific Game Rules shall govern for the relevant game.

p898k's games use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer mechanics audited for fairness by recognised third-party testing laboratories. The outcome of all games is determined by these mechanisms and p898k has no ability to influence outcomes in favour of any particular Player or the Operator.

Technical Failures. In the event of a disconnection, technical malfunction, or system error during gameplay, p898k will attempt to resolve the session to the state existing immediately prior to the failure. Where this is not technically possible, the affected bet may be voided and the wagered amount returned to the Player's Real Money Balance. p898k's decision regarding the outcome of technical disputes is final.

Voided Bets. p898k reserves the right to void bets placed in error, placed after the event result is known (in the case of sports betting), placed using exploited software bugs, or placed in circumstances constituting a technical or pricing error.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on p898k and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds pending investigation:

• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform while underage (under 21 years).
• Creating, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts on the Platform.
• Using software, bots, scripts, automated tools, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in a manner not available to ordinary Players.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, including chip dumping, arbitrage betting, or match-fixing.
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or improperly acquired funds to make deposits.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering or any other activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing p898k staff, other Players, or live dealers via in-platform communication tools.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

All content on the p898k Platform — including but not limited to the p898k brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software code, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of p898k or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use p898k's trademarks, trade names, or logos without prior written authorisation.
• Frame, scrape, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, p898k's liability to any Player in connection with the use of the Platform is limited to the Real Money Balance held in that Player's account at the time the relevant claim arises.

p898k shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from use of the Platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages howsoever arising.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures caused by events outside p898k's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, third-party provider outages, and force majeure events.
• Loss arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Decisions made by live dealers or automated game systems in accordance with published Game Rules.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. p898k makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Platform beyond those required by applicable law.

p898k is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment consistent with PAGCOR's responsible gaming standards. p898k provides registered Players with the following responsible gaming tools, all available within the account settings at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount deposited to their p898k account.
• Session Time Alerts: Players may configure time reminders that notify them when a gaming session has reached a defined duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary account suspension ranging from 24 hours to six months.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently or indefinitely exclude themselves from p898k may submit a self-exclusion request. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

p898k reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Player account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected or confirmed identity fraud, KYC failure, or provision of false information.
• Suspected or confirmed money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• Underage access or failure to meet eligibility requirements.
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months where the account holds a zero Real Money Balance.

Players whose accounts are suspended for investigation will be notified where legally permissible. Funds held in a suspended account will be retained pending the outcome of the investigation. Where a legitimate balance exists in a terminated account that is closed for reasons other than player fault, p898k will process a refund of the verified Real Money Balance (excluding Bonus Balance) to the Player's verified payment method following the completion of any required investigations.

p898k reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, p898k will provide advance notice to registered Players via the contact details held on their account — by SMS to the registered Philippine mobile number, by email where an address is provided, or by prominent notice on the Platform's homepage and login screen.

Continued use of the p898k Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of your Real Money Balance.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes relating to their existence, validity, or termination, shall be resolved in accordance with the following procedure:

1. Informal Resolution: Players must first attempt to resolve disputes by contacting p898k's customer support team at [email protected]. p898k will respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
2. Regulatory Escalation: If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation within thirty (30) days, Players may escalate the complaint to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution channels.
3. Legal Proceedings: If the dispute remains unresolved following the above steps, either party may pursue the matter before the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, the jurisdiction of which both parties hereby irrevocably submit.

Nothing in this section prevents p898k from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent fraudulent activity.
